- Description
- The FAA, New England Region currently has a requirement for the renovation of the two- story Administration Wing of the Boston ARTCC located at 35 Northeastern Blvd in Nashua, NH. Work includes, but is not limited to asbestos abatement, HAZMAT removal, selective demolition of the existing building systems, installation of new flooring, walls, ceilings, doors, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, access control, fire detection, and fire suppression, and architectural finishes. The approximate square footage of the Boston ARTCC Administration Wing is 20,500 square feet for the basement, 19,000 square feet for the first floor, and 8,400 square feet in the second floor. The estimated price range for this requirement is $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The approximate performance period is 365 calendar days after notice to proceed. Payment and Performance bonds are required. Solicitation packages will be available on or about April 3, 2006. There is a $200.00 non-refundable fee required for this solicitation package. All checks must be made payable to the Federal Aviation Administration.
