- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a solicitation for a Large Format Overprinting and Packaging System (Super-Cope). The requirement will include the following: 1. Two (2) each base unit plus two (2) optional units. Each unit shall be provided as a turn-key system which shall meet the requirements identified in the Statement of Need (SON). Unit prices shall include all labor, material, travel, installation, delivery, set-up, acceptance testing, startup assistance, training, warranty, and operating assistance. BEP anticipates issuing the subject solicitation on or before November 30, 2005 for a firm fixed-price contract with separately priced option items. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested sources may submit an e-mail request to be placed on the mailing list so they can be notified when the solicitation has been released. Firms may fax their requests to 202/874-2200 or send an e-mail to Victor.Chavez@bep.treas.gov or Donald.Baron@bep.treas.gov . Telephone requests will not be honored. This is an unrestricted requirement which is open to all sources. All responsible sources may submit an offer upon receipt of the solicitation, which, shall be considered by the Agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-OCT-2005).
