- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston, intends to negotiate, on a sole-source basis, with RS Microwave Co. Inc., 22 Park Place, Butler New Jersey, 07405-0273. For 25 Ea. RS Microwave Diplexer, PN 43001BD, 26 Ea. RS Microwave Diplexer P/N 43001BD3. A Firm Fixed Price Commercial Procurement IAW FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The applicable NAICS Code is 335999 with a Size Standard of 500 employees.
