- This is published as a Sole Source announcement in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 See Note 22. The NAICS code for this action is 541618. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) San Diego, CA intends to award a sole source contract to Kao and Company LLC for educational services for the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. The proposed contract is for a period to commence 01 April 2006 through 30 August 2006. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). Services include design and delivery of executive programs on innovation and related issues of organizational transformation. Interested persons may identify their interest by emailing the contract specialist. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be issued.
