- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Morehouse Instrument Company for the acquisition of one (1) 60,000 LBF CAPACITY AIRCRAFT SCALE, P/N 804000, one (1) SET OF (4) LEGS, P/N 654001-7, one (1) CALIBRATING ADAPTER PLATE W/RUBBER, P/N 991133A, and one (1) AUXILIARY SCREW PISTON, P/N 66-806 for FMS Kuwait. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
