- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Goodrich Fuel and Utility Systems, 100 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT. 05491, on an other than full and open competitive basis for commercially-available onboard Integrated Maintenance Diagnostics System (IMDS) for the H-53, UH-1Y and AH-1Z , and the MH-60 Romeo and MH-60 Sierra helicopters. These items will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, ?Acquisition of Commercial Items. The resultant contract will have a base period and four option periods for total maximum period of performance of 5 years if all options are exercised. Support of the IMDS integration and operation, including sustaining engineering support, logistics support, production support, spares, parts and any nonrecurring related support will be procured utilizing delivery orders on a sole-source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0022.
