- Requirements Type Contract for Lodging and Transportation Services for Civilian Mariners in the Norfolk, VA area. All interested parties must possess a AAA 3-diamond rating or better. No equivalency ratings will be accepted. Facility must be rated through AAA Motor Club. The hotel/motel awarded the contract will be responsible for providing transportion for the mariners to NOB and back to the lodging facility daily. Facility must be located in Norfolk, Chesapeake or Virgina Beach. The procurement is being set aside for small buinesses. The performance period is for one year commencing on or about 1 October 2006 with (3) one-year options that may be exercised.
