- Any questions regarding this solicitation should be address to: Erik Lundstrom at Erik.A.Lundstrom@usace.army.mil.The Seattle District Corps of Engineers has a competitive requirement for an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Roofing Repair and Maintenance at Fort Lewis, McChord and Yakima Training Center, Washington. Task orders will be issued for a variety of trades, such as carpentry, roofing, interior/exterior electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, d emolition, concrete, masonry and welding, as well as asbestos and lead-paint abatement that is incidental to the construction. Period of performance will be a base period not to exceed 12 months and four option periods not to exceed 12 months each. Individ ual task orders will range from $2000 to $500,000, with a not-to-exceed amount of $3,000,000 per contract period. The total not-to-exceed amount for the base period and all option periods will be $15,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a size standard of $31 million. Project is 100% Set Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern i s considered a small business if its annual gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $31 million.
