Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Service includes all labor, materials, containers, insurances a nd all incidentals which are necessary to perform the work in connection with the Refuse Collection and Disposal for Fort Buchanan Facilities, Family Housing Quarters, US Army Reserve Centers in Puerto Nuevo, AMSA, Bayamon and Caguas in Puerto Rico. Perfor mance of service is in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Technical Exhibits, and Schedule. Services are for 12 months with four(4)additional 1-year option years. This solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated offer due date is April 7, 2006 at 10:00 AM. Proposals will not be accepted via fax or e-mai l. Proposals must be received at the issuing office on or before the due date specified in the solicitation. Estimated award date: 17 April 2006 for service commencement on May 1,2006.
