Description

Audio and Video Equipment Contingent on receipt of funding authorization, the Directorate of Contracting at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point will be issuing a solicitation for audio and video equipment that will be used in new Peak Performance Training Centers at Fort Bragg , NC, Ft. Jackson, SC and Walter Reed Medical Center (WRMC) in MD. We will be awarding the contract to one (1) contractor who can fulfill the requirements for all three (3) locations. Please note that this is 100% set-aside for HubZone designated companies. Also, the selected contractor will be required to make at least one (1) visit, at contractors expense, to West Point, NY to meet with the centers design team. Equipment will be broken down into 4 separate categories, designated by system requirements. The categories are Video Editing System, Training Room System, Audio Booth Editing System, and Kinesthetic Research Lab (K-Room). Some like items exist in more t han one system. Quantities listed below are for all systems combined, broken down by installation. The equipment components for each system will be installed into an equipment rack and configured for a single source audio and video output, either Non-Lin ear Editor or direct to Plasma Screen. There are computers for each system (separate contract) that must be configured into the operation of each competed rack assembly.
