- THIS IS A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE, HEADQUARTERS AIR FORCE RESERVE COMMAND OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) CIRCULAR A-76 STUDY AT MINNEAPOLIS-ST PAUL IAP-ARS, MN. HQ AFRC/LGCP, Robins AFB, GA will be conducting the OMB Circular A-76 study using Streamlined Competition Process. The functions being studied are: Base Supply, Fuels Management, Vehicle Operations and Maintenance, Traffic Management and Real Property Maintenance. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE. The incumbent service providers are Government personnel with a total of 47 Government authorizations in the study. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is: Mr. Phillip W. Grone, Deputy Under Secretary of Defense Installations and Environment. The Contracting Officer (CO) is: Ms. Heather McCombs, Hq AFRC/LGCP. The Agency Tender Official (ATO) is: Ms. Patricia Boettner, 934 AW/FMC. The projected end date for the competition is June 2006.
