- 1. This requirement is for a firm fixed price,contract for repair of the following: NSN 5895-01-267-3379VX/MHU-196/M Main Control Unit and NSN 5895-01-374-0596VX /MHU-240/M Main Control Unit. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed-price requirements-type contract. The approximate issue date of the Request for Quote will be 22 March 2006 with a response date of 22 Apr 2006. 2. This item will be SOLE SOURCE to AAI Corp. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1) , Justification : Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. 3. The data or the rights to use the data needed to repair this part from additional sources are not owned or maintained by the Government and it has been determined that it is uneconomical to purchase them. 4. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this repair.
