Description

The Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to the University of Oklahoma, Norman Camput; Norman, OK 73019 for NON-PERSONAL SERVICES to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, services, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide Management Information System (MIS) study information available to support OC-ALC/ITE Information Technology Directorate at Tinker AFB, OK. A Basic Year plus 3 one-year options is contemplated for this acquisition. The Basic Year period of performance will commence on 01 April 06 and complete on 31 Mar 07. A Firm-Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is no later than 01 Apr 06. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
