Description

Contractor shall provide and install new fire tubes and pressure relief valve in the AJAX WG-1750 natrual gas, hot water boiler located in Building 3453, Fire School. NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220 and the size standard is $12 Million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. This acquisition is set-aside for Emerging Small Business, under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. The performance period shall be 24 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, to submit materials for approval and order materials to have them delivered on site and 10 Calendar Days to perform the work required. The anticipated proposal due date is 31 Mar 06 with the award date of 8 Apr 06. Exact dates will be shown in the Reqest for Quote (RFQ) when posted on or about 17 Mar 06. All requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing by fax to (325)654-5149 or e-mail kacey.draper@goodfellow.af.mil. The solicitaiton will be available via Federal Business Opportunities electronic posting system. Interested parties should subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and go to the Notification Service area to register. Offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and have completed the on-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.orca.bpn.gov .
