- The government shall purchase the repair and service for an 88HP Sewer Pump. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 811310, size standard not to exceed $6,000,000. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside for small business may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if the small business set-aside is dissolved. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration).
