- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide remote Medical Records Coding Services for the VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. Performance period is one year from the date of award with 2 additional option years exercised at the government?s discretion. Estimated award date is on or about April 15, 2006 in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. The contractor is not allowed to move work outside of the United States borders. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is a 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561110 is $6.5 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
