- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning a Sole-Source purchase order with Tracy Williamson to provide a one-time RPMS Drug Dictionary Update service to the sixteen (16) Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service facilities to help increase the effieiency of the information technology within the pharmacy department. The proposed contractor provides the experience and expertise to the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service unit pharmacies needed to update their RPMS Drug Dictionaries. The proposed contractor has provided these duplicate services to multiple Indian Health Service facilities in the Navajo Nation with positive results. Any other contractor would require a great amount of implementation time and result in a sufficiently larger cost to initiate services. Due to the expertise required to perform the RPMS system Drug Dictionary updates, it has been determined that the proposed contractor is the "only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements in a timely and cost efficient manner. This announcement is Set-Aside Sole-Source, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.
