Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Wire Ropy Assy. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are one approved source of supply, Lifesaving Systems Corp., Cage 64249. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 4010-01-312-4854; Base Year AEQ: 108 each, Option Year EAQ: 108 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 38 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 27 March 2006. The anticipated award date is 23 June 2006. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies.
