Description
INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT(S) FOR BROADCAST ENGINEERING AND RELATED TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES AT IBB HEADQUARTERS. The Broadcasting Board of Governors, International Broadcasting Bureau (BBG/IBB), Office of Contracts (M/CON), has a requirement for the services of one or more proven experienced companies to perform various professional Broadcast Engineering and related technical support services (to be specified in individual Task/Delivery Orders) to various elements within its Broadcast Operations and Engineering offices. The period of performance will be for one base year, with options for four (4) additional one-year option periods. The BBG/IBB may make multiple contract awards without discussions to the firm(s) whose offer(s) is/are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on the evaluation factors stated in the attached Solicitation. The estimated dollar amount for all tasks is not expected to exceed $2,000,000 for any single year with a minimum annual contract amount of $25,000. Each IDIQ contract will include four (4) unilateral Government 1-year options beyond the base-year with the same minimum and estimated maximum contract dollar amounts per year. Any questions pertaining to the attached Solicitation shall be submitted by COB, July 12, 2005. All proposals shall be submitted to the BBG/IBB Office of Contracts, Switzer Building, Room 2519, 330 “C” Street, SW, Washington, DC 20237. The above-required documentation must be submitted to the address shown above via hard copy. Facsimile or e-mail submissions will NOT be acknowledged, evaluated, or considered. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the attached Solicitation document referenced herein, and all proposals shall be considered by the Agency. This FBO notice is not a RFP, IFB, or RFQ. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-JUN-2005).
