Description
The U.S. Marine Corps is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to determine availability of Foreign Comparative Test (FCT) commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) urban instrumented training devices that accomplish/possess the following specifics/capabilities: Provide position location in an urban environment with seamless transition between GPS satellite coverage to internal structure position reporting system. Direct and indirect weapons effect simulation against structures and subsequent primary and secondary effects on individuals inside affected structures. Hand grenade and claymore or similar improvised explosive device (IED) simulators that are compatible with/stimulate MILES 2000. Small arms transmitter (Class 1) that is compatible with the firing of marking rounds. Wireless instrumentation that can move with the host unit to provide instant interactive simulation and immediate after action capability without external support personnel, or transmission of data to mainframe/desktop applications for download/transfer and review. Possess the ability to capture audio and video, and insert into after action review package. Test & Evaluation Network Architecture (TENA) compliant. Can be deployed globally.
