Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract for 16 Dumpsters, 40 Yard, Open Top, Roll-Off 22? Length x 84? High Thick Floor, 10 GA Sides, Dino/Cable, painted brown as required by Naval Facilities MID-LANT, Norfolk, VA. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 423440. This office will no longer issue a hard copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ); therefore, a copy can be obtained from website http://www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at FISC Norfolk Website: http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts/solicitations/default.htm or http://www.neco.navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the government. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
