- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Contractor to develop synthetic and analytic methods for the quantitative attachment of azido and acetylenic functional groups onto the ends of molecules of interest, including high-molecular-wieght, commercial oligomers, and studies of the triazole cure mechanism and kinetics. (Quantity - 1 lot). This requirement is sole sourced to University of Florida, Gainesville, FL due to unique capability of specific research aspects of triazole formation reactions related to polymer cures. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it?s ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship! to the program.
