- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition for performance of the Department of Defense Information Technology Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP) on the Digital Precision Strike Suite (DPSS) in pursuit of a full Authority to Operate (ATO) on a sole source basis to Maxim Systems Inc., 1615 Murray Canyon Road, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92108. This effort is to complete the full ATO based upon the work Maxim Systems Inc. completed in obtaining the Interim Authority to Operate (IATO). Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
