- XGFG 062001 Upgrade Electrical System for Aircraft Mules: The existing electrical system needs to be updated in Building 400 to meet the power requirements of new aircraft mules. The existing system consists of a GE BUS duct with a BUS bar rating o f 400A, seven (7) 100A disconnects, seven (7) 150A aircraft auxiliary outlets and 100A wiring throughout. XGFG 062003 Install Communications Conduit and Electrical for Bldg 412 Security Post: A new Security Post shall be installed near Hangar 412 and requires new conduit installation to provide for communication and electrical to this location. Hangar 412 c onsists of 4 shelter bays and a lean-to. The new comm. conduits shall tie into an existing comm. backboard in the lean-to. The new electrical shall tie into the existing 208V Square D panel located in shelter 2 All work to be done IAW applicable specifications and drawings. The estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is a total small-business set-aside. Funds are presently available for this project. The applicable Nort h American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this solicitation is 238210. The RFQ will be issued on or about 16 March 2006. All responsive quotes from responsible bidders will be considered. The RFQ will be available from the Nationwide NG Postin g for Electronic Business Solicitations (EBS) on-line at http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/EBS/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. All requests for RFQ shall go through the EBS site. Interested bidders are required to register on the EBS website to access /download the solicitation. Clicking on the solicitation number link will start the registration process. Interested bidders must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR registration information can be accessed on-line at http://ww w.ccr.gov/. Interested bidders are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ and associated information minus the plans and specifications will be available only from the EBS website. The plans a nd specifications will be available only from the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) website on-line at https://www.fedteds.gov/. Interested bidders are required to register on the FedTeDS website to access/download the plans and specifications. R egistration information is available on the FedTeDS homepage. A Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit will be held 4 April 2006 at 9:00 AM local time in the 115th Civil Engineering conference room.
