- Notice of intent to award sole source small business procurement under NAICS code 238220 to Setpoint Systems Corporation, 2680 S. Platte River Drive, Denver, Co 80223. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract for a Technical Service Agreement for Delta Controls Building Automation Temperature Control System on Buckley Air Force Base and the Buckley Annex EMCS. This agreement will run one (1) year. The 460th Contracting Squadron intends to award under FAR Part 12 a contract by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Setpoint Systems Inc is the only authorized Delta Control dealer and is the manufacturer?s only representative for the Colorado area. The software and electronic parts are proprietary.
