- Description
- Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to transcribe medical dictation from a Lanier Voice Writer 4800 for the VA Hospital, Madison, Wisconsin, for the period of May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007, with four (4) one (1) year options to extend. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The Contractor is not allowed to move work performed under this contract outside of the United States borders. Offers will be evaluated on technical capability, price, management approach and past performance. Solicitation documents will be available electronically March 6, 2006 with proposals due March 24, 2006. NAICS is 561410 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million in revenues.
