- The VA Network 22 Logistics Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm, fixed-price, service contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) with Conmed Corporation to provide laparoscopic surgical trays for Cost-Per-Procedure Laparoscopic Surgical & Diagnostic Procedures. Services to include monthly, on-site quality insurance inspections of instruments and replacement of worn or defective instruments at no additional charge to the Government. Supplies and services are to be delivered to VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Contract is for one (1) year base period with four (4) additional one-year option periods. Solicitation to be available on/or about 3/15/06 with proposals due on/or about 4/12/06.
