- Description
- This project includes removing and replacing two centrifugal pumps, installing pump controllers, removing and replacing pressure tanks and piping within the pump house, removing and replacing the pump suction piping and foot valve, and installing two new hypochlorinators. The contractor shall remove the exisitng Aqua-Pure AP800 series water filter and reinstall it as per the drawings. The project will result in a fully functional water pumping system as described in the specifications and on the drawings. The project also includes providing a temporary water pumping system connected to the existing distribution system to provide water to the Work Center during construction with minimal interruptions. No hard copies of this Quotation will be mailed out. Quoters will be able to download this project on are about March 7, 2006. DEADLINE: Quotations will be due by COB March 28, 2006. Faxed quotations will be acceptable. See solicitation for further details. COST ESTIMATE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 LOCATION: New Waverly Work Center located on the Sam Houston National Forest, 394 FM 1375 West, New Waverly, Texas. CONTRACT TIEM: 30 Calendar days from effective date of Notice to Proceed. SITE VISIT: No formal site visit will be held.
