- NSN: 1680-01-480-9491, Parts Kit, Seal Replacement. DSCR has an unrestricted technical data package/ kit component list available. An electronic copy of the technical data package/kit component list is available by accessing the FAGBC FTP site. Instructions and logon are in the remarks page of the solicitation. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Requested delivery is 130 DARO. Configuration Control applies. This kit is a critical application item. Solicitation will result in a firm fixed price definite quantity purchase order and is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. This procurement is coded commercial and will be in accordance with FAR 13.5. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be a combined solicitation synopsis issued on 6 March 2006.
