- Description
- The Defense Supply Center is seeking domestic sources for Activated Carbon Bead that is used in the production of the Coveralls, Chemical Defense CWU-66P, type 1, Class 2. The description is called out in the FNS/PD 98-04. The activated carbon spherical sorbent shall be pitch or polymer based and meet the physical and chemical requirements specified. These activated carbon spheres will be applied to the laminated fabric with continuous uniform distribution to one side of the outer layer cloth with the adhevise.
