- The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Washington, DC has a requirement for Contract services consisting of onsite Facilities Management, Operations and Maintenance; housekeeping, landscaping and grounds maintenance, snow removal, pest control, elevator and lift maintenance, and other services as necessary for the successful operation of the AOC Alternate Computer Facility (ACF) located in Manassas, VA will be issued on March 27, 2006 with a closing date of April 27, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. (Local time).
