General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: PR-HQ-06-13341 Posted Date: Classification Code: R?Professional, Administrative, and Management Support Services Set Aside: Total Small Business Contracting Office Address Bid and Proposal Room Ariel Rios Building (3802R) 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20460 Description The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), Superfund/RCRA Regional Procurement Operations Division (SRRPOD) will issue a solicitation for RCRA Enforcement Permitting and Assistance (REPA) 4 - Region 1, PR-HQ-06-13341. The requirement will provide technical reviews and analysis/assessments services to support various environmental activities primarily under RCRA and related programs. These services may also be used in support of CERCLA, SDWA, CWA, CAA and other environmental laws and initiatives. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 54120. The tasks utilized by Region 1 are as follows: 1. Technical Reviews and Analysis/Assessment Support; 2. Records and Data Management; 3. Training, Conferences and Public Involvement; 4. Special Initiatives, Studies and Program Support. It is anticipated that the solicitation release date will be on or about March 24, 2006, with a due date of 45 days. A draft RFP is available on the website listed below immediately. The Government is soliciting comments on the draft RFP. Questions/comments must be received within 14 days of the posting date of the draft RFP. The purpose of the FedBizOpps announcement is to notify potential offerors of EPA?s requirements and to generate the source list.
