Reference plans will be available for viewing/pickup at the Southeast Regioanl Maintenance Center, Jacksonville, FL. Offers are being restricted to holders of a Master Agreements for the Repair and Alteration of Vessels. Solicitations are being extended to bidders in the Jacksonville, FL area.
