- The Contractor shall proivde full Architect/Engineering Services as required to prepare complete drawings, specifications, technical reports and cost estimates including services throughout the construction period for Project 614-06-101 Overhaul Hydraulic Elevator Equipment at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN . Construction cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Area of consideration is limited to a 200 mile radius of Memphis, TN. Firms desiring consideration shall submit two (2) copies of SF 330 no later than 4:00pm April 3, 2006. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. NAICS 541330. Contract is subject to the availability of FY 06 funds. A/E selection criteria will include (1) Professional qualifications necessary for performance of required services: (2)Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firm with similar type projects: (3) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies: (4)Location of A/E Firm: (5) Experience and roles of key design personnel, specifically on related projects: (6) Cost control and estimating effectiveness. This is not a request for proposal. This is a 100% total small business setaside.
