- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution, 1529 W. U.S. Hwy 366, Safford, Arizona 85546, intends to make a single award to a qualified small business for the provision of Psychiatry Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621112 (Size Standard: $8.5 million). The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm fixed unit prices. The contractor shall be responsible for, but not limited to; providing professional services, consultation, recommendations and expertise in the field of Psychiatry. The contractor will be required to obtain a security clearance and attend an orientation program. It is estimated that the contractor will perform one (1) four (4) hour session per month for an estimated total of twelve sessions per year. The sessions will be conducted between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding Federal holidays), as mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the Government. The contractor shall be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona and be board certified in psychiatry. The contract terms shall consist of a base period from the date of award through September 30, 2006 with four (4) subsequent twelve (12) month option periods for renewal with the governments unilateral right to exercise each option period. The estimated quantities for the base is 5 four hour sessions, and each option year are 12 four hour sessions. The number of hours per week shall not exceed thirty (30) hours. Quoters must specifically identify the individual that will be performing these services under any subsequent contract award. The quoter must provide proof that they or their candidate meets all qualifications. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 20, 2005 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
