- Amendment no. 3 A question came up about who was responsible for the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The contractor will be responsible. The Pollution control specification has been updated to include it. The Pollution control specification has been updated to give more details for pollution control. Two of the drawings have also been updated relative to pollution control. The following files are uploaded on FedBizOpps as part of Amendment no. 3: form SF-30 amendment no. 3 , Pollution Control specification, MannLeigh drawing pages 7 and 8, and a sample SWPPP. The bid opening is March 9, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. local time. This work is to be completed within 180 calendar days. Estimated price range for this work is $100,000 to $250,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. NRCS is issuing this solicitation electronically, only. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file.
