- Contract for storage of Privately Owned Vehicles (POV) for local Marines deploying in support of Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. POVs must be stored in a safe, secure condition at a contractor provided facility/storage area. Location of storage facility must be within 10 miles of either the Main Gate located on NC Highway 24 East or the gate located at Piney Green Road and NC Highway 24 East. The contractor shall supply all services to secure the POVs twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week for a maximum of 2500 vehicles. Protection of the vehicles shall be provided continuously. See solicitation for complete details. The proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 493190 and business size standard is $23.5 million. The resultant contract will be a requirements contract for the basic period 01 July 2006 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 June 2007 and four one year priced out option periods. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) as a condition of award. As a condition of receipt of this contract, the Contractor agrees to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application, called Wide Are Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). This application allows DoD vendors to submit and track invoices and Receipt/Acceptance documents electronically. The web-site for registration is http://rmb.ogden.disa.mil.
