- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No W912BU-06-T-0035 for 50,000 gallons of #2 Diesel Fuel Oil to be delivered by Barge to the Dredge McFarland which will be anchored at Fo rt Mifflin Dock on 17 March 2006 between the hours of 7:00am & 9:00am. The RFQ will be available on or about 07 March 2006. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications will only be available via the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) homepage https://www.fedteds.gov. Interested offerors must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system. FedTeDS registration requires the following information: CCR Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), DUNS Number or Cage Code, Telephone Number , and E-mail Address. Registration Instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website by clicking on the Register with FedTeDS hyperlink. Interested offerors should select the Begin Vendor/Contractor Registration Process option. Offerors who have registered with FedTeDS must access the data for this solicitation by way of the hyperlink established via the FedBizOpps announcement. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 454311 with a size standard of $11.5 Million.
