- The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, intends to make a Sole Source Award to Propulsion Systems Inc., 609 NW 45th Street, Seattle, WA 98107 to inspect and repair the propulsion hub assembly, that was manufactured by Propulsion Systems, Inc, a left hand Model #E105/4 on Dredge Wheeler and supply a report. Optional services include providing labor and replacement parts to rebuild of hub.
