- REVISED SYNOPSIS: Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as necessary to supplement the OC-ALC/IT Government staff in order to accomplish the following: (1) designing, developing and prototyping enhancements to existing information systems, (2) developing source code and associated documentation, (3) providing software support, software sustainment, systems integration, (4) hardware identification, installation, tuning and maintenance alternatives, and (5) to provide materials or Contractor furnished items to OC-ALC/IT and supporting organizations. There are eight tasks identified as part of this requirement: (1) Program Management, (2) Business Process Requirements Characterization, (3) Server Administration Support, (4) Configuration Management, (5) Software Project Management, (6) Quality Assurance/Testing, (7) Software Programming and Database Support, (8) Computer Graphics Art. Competitive: 100% Small Business Set-aside. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Destination: Tinker AFB, OK 73145. Period of Performance: Orientation Period: 01 Sep 06 through 30 Sep 06. Basic Period: 01 Oct 06 ? 30 Sep 07; Option I: 01 Oct 07 ? 30 Sep 08; Option II: 01 Oct 08 ? 30 Sep 09. The Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8101-06-R-0022, will be issued electronically via FedBizOpps website. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 03 Apr 06 and approximate response date for proposals is 03 May 06. The Contractor shall be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional CCR registration information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. The Contractor is also required to be registered in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award, which can be accessed at the following website: http://orca.bpn.gov. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to successfully provide the requirement or submit responsible proposals to the point of contact listed below.
