- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, MS is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation with not be issued. RFQ-31511-0009-06 is issued as a request for quotation The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. The North American Industrial Code is 423490. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is a small business set aside. All responsible businesses may submit a quote. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government based on price. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Federal Correctional Complex, Yazoo City, Mississippi, (FCC Yazoo City), located at 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194, is requesting quotes for 9 each Custom fabricated, stainless steel, 16 gauge, matte finish, two piece counter top with 3/4" substrate and stamped or welded in 18" x 21" stainless steel sinks. Each counter top is to be195.25" in length and 24" in depth. There is to be a 5"back splash on the counter top backside and adjustable 5" back splashes on the sides. The counter top is to be covered by a skirt made of, 16 gauge, stainless steel attached to the support brackets. Delivery will be 30 days (ARO) from receipt of delivery order. Please ensure with your offer you include a complete copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. All offers must be received by the Contracting Officer specified above no later than 4:00 p.m., Central Time, on March 08, 2006. Offers received after this date will not be considered.
