- Description
- GSA requests 8,300 USF of office space and a minimum of 24 outside, reserved parking spaces in Rockville, Maryland. The specific delineated area: East Gude Drive (North), Twinbrook Parkway (East), Montrose Road (South) and Wootton Parkway (West). Public transportation must be within three (3) blocks of the building. All space must be contiguous and located on the second floor or higher. For proposals of space in existing buildings, a fifty (50) foot set back must be provided from the property line to the facade of the building. Column spacing must be no less than twenty-four (24) feet on center each way. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JAN-2006).
