- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued and proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is MCC-06-RFQ-0028, and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This simplified lease acquisition is firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification Code is 532112 with a corresponding size standard of $23,500,000. Description of supply: The Millennium Challenge Corporation, 875 Fifteenth Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20005, is seeking to enter into a lease arrangement for a Lincoln Town Car Signature L, with all of the standard equipment included under Model M85/500A. The vehicle?s exterior should be black with black leather interior. The lease is for a period of 24 months, with an option of an additional 24months. Award will be based on best value, to include: Delivery Schedule, Warranty/Maintenance, Past Performance, and Price. Delivery is FOB destination.
