- Single award term contract for period beginning April 1, 2006 and ending March 31, 2007 for the Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service. Production area, assumed 60 mile radius of Rockville, MD. Bidders outside area must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Copy pick up in Rockville, MD. These specifications cover the production of various self- and separate-covered, perfect bound and saddle-stitched books and pamphlets. Approximately 5 to 45 orders per year for approximately 5,000 to 200,000 copies of 8 to 200 pages per order. Sizes 3-5/8 x 6 inches, 4-1/2 x 7-1/2 inches, 4 x 9 inches, and 6 x 9 inches. Print in black and occasionally one or two Pantone colors and a clear non-yellowing varnish. Operations include film making, electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, and distribution.
