- The Government of The United States of America is looking for Office Space to Lease in Onalaska, Wisconsin The General Services Administration, an agency of the United States Government, wants to lease 19,248 Usable square feet of first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building in the City of Onalaska, Wisconsin for the Department of Interior, Fish & Wildlife Service. The space offered should be contiguous as well as provide secure/reserved parking for 68 vehicles. Occupancy is desired by August 1, 2007. We will pay market rate for a built out and fully serviced lease that meets government requirements. This is a negotiated competitive procurement. In addition to the rental costs the Government will also factor in costs of moving to a new location including, but not limited to, physical move, tenant improvements, above-standard/specialized alterations/equipment, furniture relocation, telecommunications, and other related costs. Note that these same costs may not be factored in when evaluating whether it is most advantageous to the Government to remain in the current lease location.
