- This is a Sole Source announcement. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government intends to award on a firm fixed price contract to Electro Impulse Inc - Chill Water Unit Model 50580-HF-5 ??? 2ea; Heresite Coating for Condenser ??? 2ea; Stainless Steel Reservoir ??? 2 ea; Deionizing Filter ??? 2ea; Particle Filter ??? 2ea. Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government. See numbered notes from any Monday edition of the CBD. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition FAR Part 13.
