- S--Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services at the U. S. Armed Forces Recruiting Office located in the Patriot Square Shopping Center, 10521-C Braddock Road, Fairfax, Virginia in strict accordance with the s pecifications/scope of work included in the request for quotations package. The period of performance for the janitorial services will be 15 March 2006 through 30 September 2006 (base year) with four possible option years through 30 September 2010. The bi d package can be dowloaded from the website: https://fedteds.gov Vendors must register for the package and obtain a userid and password. In order to receive an award, the vendor must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The registration can be do ne at the website: http://www.ccr.gov No oral or written requests for the bid package will be honored. See Numbered Note 22, except change the forty-five days to eleven days.
