- The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Services (Mowing, Weeding, Pavement Cleaning) at Tully Lake and Birch Hill Dam, Royalston, Massachusetts commencing on or about m id April (Spring Cleanup) through 30 September 2006 with options for two (2) additional seasons. For the two option seasons, the Period of Performance will run from 1 October (Fall Cleanup) through 30 September. The estimated cost of this procurement is b etween $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 17 March 2006. Prospective contractors are required to self register their firm on the Internet to receive this solicitation. Registration instructions are available on the intern et at https://www.fedteds.gov. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests will be accepted. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procu rement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $6,500,000.
