Description

The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and materials to Overhaul the Control Panel. The furnished parts shall be either manufacturers original equipment or from an approved, qualified and/or engineeri ng test vendor. No surplus parts shall be used. The Input NSN: 1680-01-477-3753, Input P/N: 42305-702 and NSN 1680-01-70-0985, Input P/N: 42305R700. The Output NSN: 1680-01-477-3753, Output P/N: 42305-702. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a minimum quantity of 50 each and maximum quantity of 210 each including FMS quantity of 20%. Product Verification Audit is required for this item. The maintenance and overhaul shall be in accordance with the manufacturers blueprints/production drawings and specifications. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisf y Agency Requirements. This item is a critical to safe operation of the aircraft. The only known source is Goodrich Corporation, Inc., (CAGE 3HRL4). This item can be met by commercial items, commercial items with customary or minor modifications, or n ondevelopment items. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. ATTN: FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO ROBERT P. ALDRIDGE. Aldridge, Contract Specialist. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient fund s. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
