- The requirement for Plant Solvent System Evaluation has been amended to change the procurement status from a Sole Source Requirement to Full and Open Competition. The Solicitation and Evaluation Factors are available for review. Contractors are reminded that a working knowledge of Radford and the solvent recovery system at Badgar is a critical requirement.
